Frequently Asked Questions

No Extraction and No Air

Make sure the booth is plugged in at the wall and the socket is turned on.

Check the fuse in the plug - May need to change the 13 Amp fuse

 

No Air coming of the Spray Gun

Check the air pipe is connected to the spray gun

Check the air pipe connection for air leaks

Check the air pipe isn't kinked causing a blockage in the pipe

 

Extraction working, air coming out and tan coming out very faint

Turn fluid adjustment wheel (back knob) on the spray gun clockwise until it is finger tight.

Once closed turn the wheel 1 & 1/2 turns back anti clockwise

This resets the fluid needle to factory settings

For unit fed spray booths make sure that there in tan in the unit and the fluid pipe isn't kinked causing a blockage.

Clean the front of the spray gun - Refer to HELP page on here

 

Too much tan coming out of the gun - Client is getting very wet

Turn fluid adjustment wheel (back knob) on the spray gun clockwise until it is finger tight.

Once closed turn the wheel 1 & 1/2 turns back anti clockwise

This resets the fluid needle to factory settings

Alternatively, ensure your spray strokes over the body are not too slow and speed up as you apply each coat.

 

Can't see the guide line whilst tanning

Turn fluid adjustment wheel (back knob) on the spray gun clockwise until it is finger tight.

Once closed turn the wheel 1 & 1/2 turns back anti clockwise

This resets the fluid needle to factory settings

Alternatively ensure your spray strokes over the body are not too fast and slow down as you apply each coat of spray.

For bottle fed spray gun check the seal on the inside of the bottle lid. If this is worn or perished it will need changing contact us to arrange

 

Tan coming out intermittently and speckled

Clean the front of the spray gun - Refer to the HELP page

Make sure the seal has not worn away

Perform a blow back on the spray gun - Refer to the HELP page.
